The Backhoe


I finally got to operate the backhoe. It was a lot of fun tearing up the earth, then covering it back up. We've just been so busy that I hadn't had the chance untill now. I'm not looking forward to doing it while people are watching and doing the real job for what it's intended to do. For now it's only practice.
My co worker who was explaining to me exactly how to do certain maneuvers, said afterwards that I did better than another guy who is presently operating it. I only did it for about a half hour. That made me feel good and a little more confident.
