I've been operating the backhoe more often too. It's not hard. I'm getting the hang of it, I think it's pretty easy. Just have to be somewhat cautious and ease the controls. I realized by watching others, do not make sudden moves or jerk the controls to much.
Makes sense right?
I can do it though.
